These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the gaming services provided by BantuBet at bantubet.ca, operated by BANTU BET, LDA. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable, the member should not register or use the service. 1. Definitions
"Operator", "we", "us", "our" refer to BANTU BET, LDA. "Member", "you", "the player" refer to any natural person who has registered an account on bantubet.ca. "Account" means the personal user account opened on the platform. "Services" means the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and all related gaming products offered through the platform. "Wager" means any stake placed on any product offered through the Services. "Winnings" means any payouts credited to the account as a result of successful wagers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy. The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members through email and through a notice on the platform. 3. Eligibility
- Members must be at least 19 years of age at the time of registration. Members below the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction are not permitted to open an account.
- Members must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is permitted under the applicable local law. It is the member's responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
- Members must provide accurate and current registration information and complete identity verification when requested.
- Employees of the Operator, their immediate family members, and any persons living at the same address as an employee are not permitted to register an account.
- Each member may hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
4. Account Registration
The registration form requires the member's full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and a chosen username and password. The member is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activity that occurs on the account. The Operator may suspend or close any account where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears to be falsified.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Opening more than one account.
- Allowing another person to use the account, or using another person's account.
- Funding the account with payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
- Colluding with other members, using automated software, bots, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults in the Services.
- Engaging in abusive language or threats toward staff or other members.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Banking
Members may fund the account through the payment methods listed in the cashier. Deposits are credited in the account currency (Canadian dollars). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per method are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used for deposits where possible. Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. The Operator may apply additional source-of-funds checks on larger transactions in line with anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, after which the receiving payment provider may apply its own processing time.
7. Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion and are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each promotion. Members may not hold more than one active bonus at a time. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window — typically 30 days for the casino welcome bonus and 30 days for the sportsbook welcome bonus. Game contributions toward wagering vary by category: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games typically contribute 10%, and video poker typically contributes 5%. Bonus abuse, including low-risk play patterns designed to bypass wagering, may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on bantubet.ca — including text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and the platform's overall design — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any member in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into the account during the same period.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator's primary licensing jurisdiction.
